Patent Act of 1970

When new innovations came in force in various fields, the inventors and manufacturers were compelled to protect their inventions from infringing by any other by adopting legal protection for their inventions. The patent act of 1911 was to save or protect the inventor’s interests. The Patents and Designs Act of 1911 was introduced in India by British government. Later in 1970 Patent bill kept in the parliament table for further modifications.
