Detailed study and analysis the Equitable doctrine on privacy rights, European Convention on Human Rights, Copyright, Patents and Designs act of 1988, Lanham Act of 1946,US State laws governing right to publicity and right to privacy, Restatement of Torts, US law on Copyrights, International Treaty on copyright and privacy.
Operational Strategy
B&L's IP team was assigned to work on this. Conduct an Initial detailed study on the business model and proposed activities. Set up a detailed Virtual Client Conference. All possible issues are to be listed out by the practice group and prepare the first set of queries to be answered by ABC. Gather a better understanding of the business model on the basis of the answers received and identify the core issues to be addressed in this regard. Detailed analysis of the statutes, on the basis of the analysis formulate the legal framework within which the proposed business model would be legal and would not be violative of any provision of law. Deliver the Final Draft after "TOTAL QUALITY ANALYSIS". Does post delivery follow up.

The legal report helped ABC to gather complete understanding of the legal implications in copyright and privacy issues of the new business venture.
