Experience
Mr. Jolly John has an experience in litigation and consultancy since 1997. He served various companies and institutions as the legal advisor. He had been a visiting faculty for LL.M in Mahatma Gandhi University during 2003-2005.

He worked as an Associate with Baker and McKenzie, Singapore, in the Corporate Commercial (Information Technology) Practice Group. He is well experienced in Corporate Commercial law, Technology Law, Commercial exploitation of Intellectual Property etc.

His recent deals includes, advising one of the world's biggest mobile phone companies on their new mobile terminals upon ISP liability, upon their Wireless LAN issue, he advised one of the major electronic companies. Advising world's largest PC manufacturer in their recent product recall in Singapore ( part of world wide recall). He also advised the Joint venture of two major telecommunication instrument manufacturers for their new company regulatory compliances in Singapore, and many major real estate acquisitions by leading developers.

Mr. Jolly John advices on general corporate matters to various MNCs and the real estate developers in their major acquisition proceedings. He has also published various articles on Technology laws.

Ms. Vineetha Susan Thomas has got a very good academic record. She earned her B.A. LL.B (Hons) Degree from Mahatma Gandhi University with First Rank and LL.M Degree from Cochin University of Science and Technology with Second Highest marks in the University. She has specialized in Intellectual Property and Consumer Protection.
Ms. Vineetha Susan Thomas got enrolled with the Bar Council of Kerala in 2006. She practiced both in High Court and lower courts and is conversant with Constitution, Civil and Corporate law matters. Before joining Biz & Legis she was an Associate in a leading law firm in Cochin.
She has organized various legal aid programs and has presented research papers on subjects like Constitution and International law. She has conducted an empirical study with regard to the Care and Protection of Neglected Children in Kerala and also a study with regard to the Deficiency in Service of Institutions Conducting Examinations

An MCA Graduate from St.Aloysius Institute of Computer Science, Mangalore University. She has worked as a "Software Developer" at DNS Software Technologies, Pune. She has also served the HR team of Tata Consultancy Services, Kochi. Followed by her services to the Fire and Safety Association of India (FSAI) as the FSAI coordinator of Bangalore.
Her experience in different facets of Technology and management, has turned her an expert to blend Information Technology and Firm Management, so as to develop a unique methodology for a modern Legal Services Management.
She is currently a part of Biz and Legis as - Director, Systems & Client relations

Tincy.P.Mathew.

Education and Experience
Tincy holds a B.A. degree in the English language and literature from the M.G.University, Kerala, India.
Having gained her LL.B. degree from Calicut University, she earned her LL.M. from Cochin University of Science and Technology with specializations in Human Rights and Consumer Protection.
Tincy got enrolled with the Bar Council of Kerala in 2006. Before joining Biz & Legis, she practiced as a lawyer both in the lower courts and High Court of Kerala. She has conducted a study on the Recent Judicial Trends with regard to the Rights of the Minorities in India.

Sudeep T. Ramdas

Sudeep is an Associate with Biz & Legis. He works with Information Technology, Internet and advises clients on a wide range of commercial transactions including outsourcing agreements and other procurement arrangements as well as advising generally on non-contentious and transactional information technology.

Sudeep earned his B.A. LL.B (Hons) Degree from National University of Advanced Legal Studies. He enrolled with the Bar Council of Kerala in 2008. Before joining Biz & Legis he worked as an associate in a leading law firm in Palghat and also worked as a Legal Associate in the Chennai based LPO Trivent Legal. During his tenure with previous law firms, he could deal with many of the international clients and work with them in their complex corporate commercial matters. He has presented research papers on various subjects in Criminal law and Land law. He has conducted a research survey on legal awareness among the people of Ernakulam and has participated in several legal aid clinics.

Megha Mukundaswar

Megha Mukundaswar is a Senior Associate at Biz & Legis. She handles the firm's Intellectual Property group. Her practice areas include a variety of trademark, copyright, design and advertising law matters, manage global trademark, copyright & design portfolios as well as coordinates global intellectual property enforcement and anti-counterfeiting programmes, in most cases for companies in US. She also advises clients on matters relating to international trade and investment, IP regulatory compliance and arbitration.

She completed her Post Graduation (M.Phil) from the Jawaharlal Nehru University at Delhi and is specialized in international economic & trade law, Intellectual Property law and laws of state responsibility. She has worked as Consultant with the Centre for Trade and Development, New Delhi for 2yrs and is experienced in international trade law.

He is a seasoned lawyer, with immense professional experience from 1993, the year he enrolled with Bar Council of India and Kerala.
