Trademark renewal process is done by filing a Trademark Application with the fee of trade mark renewal. In case any changes have to be made then the applicant must give in writing the changes he wants to make in the application. If a Trademark is not renewed then the mark will be removed from the register of the Registrar. Even after expiration trademark can be restored by requesting to the Registrar and paying additional fees within one year from the date of expiry, and however if it is not renewed the mark will be removed and then fresh application have to be filed in the Registry.
