Theoretical Strategy

The approach involved detailed study and analysis of the, UK Patents Act, US Federal regulations on business model, Patent Co-operation treaty, European Patent Convention.

Operational Strategy

B&L's IP team was assigned to work on this. Conduct an Initial detailed study on the business model and proposed activities. Set up a detailed Virtual Client Conference. Gather a better understanding of the business model on the basis of the answers and identify the core issues to be addressed. Detailed analysis of the statutes, and understand the legal implications in replication of a business model. On the basis of the analysis, formulate the legal framework within which replication of business model would be legal and valid. Deliver the Final Draft after "TOTAL QUALITY ANALYSIS".
